Here's a question for you

Ok... on my travels.

I took a picture of this sign today.

Where was I and what does it say? (I do know where it is and can guess what it says from the context.) I am just interested to know if anyone else has spotted the sign as I have never noticed it before.

Clue: My passport is at home, as is the car.

Pip pip!

Some weeks later: The answer (sort of) is here.

OK, I'll bite.

It's Japanese, so it might be in Japan. But, the first string of characters spells out bi-su-ta-aa, which could be Bicester (going by the theme of this blog).

Having a stab at the rest, it mention travelling, and a pass. So, I'm guessing that it's directing ticket holders to somewhere (I don't recognise the last two kanji).

If I'm even partly right here, then my attempts to learn Japanese have amounted to something :)

Thanks Heliomass for biting. Your Japanese looks pretty OK to me!
